|Description||To co-ordinate responses for each bid and ensure compliance with tender documentation and requirements. Responsible for all administrative tasks such as distributing clarification question responses, collating information for monthly reports and CRM updating.|
Potential full time role upon completion of apprenticeship
|Training to be provided||
You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner level 2 qualification and be supported through HWGTA. You will have monthly visits from your assigned Learning & Development Training Officer who will set you work, analyse your development, and discuss training sessions.
Formal training is delivered at our centres, located in Hereford (HR4 9SX), and will prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your qualification.

|Things to consider||We are based at Whitestone Business Park which is just between Withington and Bartestree, although there are buses they are sometimes irregular and given the more remote nature not always good access to paths.|
