On the programme we will work with the individual to find out what they really like to do. We will identify their strengths and weaknesses, build their confidence and help them formulate a career plan that sets them on a track to progress to the world of employment.
We will teach them employability skills, how to complete job applications and provide them with practical experience via traineeships or work experience.
